The front of these booties go up a little past my ankle. As I walk, it is stiff and uncomfortable because the material does not bend easily. I can see after a few wears that I will have creases at the top in the front. Very disappointed. The shoes still look cute on but not very comfortable. I will have to choose carefully what events I choose to wear them to as I'm sure my feet will be screaming after awhile. Also, the area around toe opening is a little on the small side and could cause blisters after long wear or extensive walking. May return them but do like the way they look.They are super cute but after an hour, they started to give me blisters and I had to leave my event to go change my shoes. I wanted to love them, but I just couldn't keep them, as I knew I would never wear them again. Returned.After reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase these. But the price was right and I'm glad I took the risk. I am a 7 and ordered the 7. They fit perfect. The color is definitely more tan than taupe (how they are pictured). The peep toe area is tight, but I wouldn't really want it any looser because I know they will stretch out with wear. They are perfect for the price. I'd recommend them.Super cute!! But oh so painful!! They are ok until you've gone a full day with them and your toes are getting blisters (at the opening). I hope I can break them in by wearing them again, but so far I haven't had the guts to wear them again! :)Order my typical size and the fit is great. I was expecting a zipper, but instead these are slip on.I liked the height and the color but that's about it. The material where it bends to allow you to walk is so stiff. After twenty minutes the top of my toes couldn't take it anymore. I am a person that likes heels, that can walk in them all day but these were so uncomfortable.
